| مستخلص: | In this research, it is aimed to make a compilation based on studies in the literature on the reflection of professional loneliness levels of Educational Managers, especially school principals, on their individual and organizational performances, and to raise awareness by drawing attention to the problems experienced. Based on the literature, the variables affecting the professional loneliness levels of school principals are exemplified in the light of studies. Then, the factors affecting the performance of school principals were explained in two dimensions, especially individual and organizational, and attention was drawn to the relationship between professional loneliness levels and these factors. As a result, some suggestions have been made for researchers and practitioners based on these factors. |
