| الوصف: | Los objetivos de esta tesis doctoral son: • Identificar las diferentes proteínas tirosina fosfatasa en los espermatozoides de cerdo, caballo y perro y estudiar la distribución subcelular de las proteínas identificadas. • Estudiar la implicación de las PTPs en la funcionalidad del espermatozoide de esas especies. • Valorar el efecto de la criopreservación y la refrigeración de los espermatozoides en el estado de la actividad tirosina fosfatasa y su posible empleo para la optimización de esta tecnología. • Identificar los mecanismos moleculares de activación y regulación de la proteína tirosina fosfatasa PTPN11 en los espermatozoides de mamíferos. • Estudiar la implicación de la proteína tirosina fosfatasa PTPN11 en la regulación de la función espermática. |
