No âmbito do presente tema, importa conhecer as origens deste grupo e a evolução histórica da sua origem até ao culminar no “Estado Islâmico” e na afirmação de reconstrução de uma instituição tão antiga e motivadora para os muçulmanos como é o Califado. É por isso imperativo verificar a estrutura organizacional do Califado reactivada por este grupo e a ideologia aplicada. No que concerne á ideologia, sobressai a ligação com o Wahhabismo seguido na Arábia Saudita. Por último, analisa-se a sua legitimidade como Estado soberano e a sua ligação á religião do Islão. A par do apurado ressalta a legalidade ou não das intervenções efectuadas pelas forças da coligação e pela Rússia nos territórios sob o seu domínio, na Síria e no Iraque. |

In the context of the present theme, it is important to know the origins of this group and the historical evolution of its origin until the culmination in the "Islamic State" and the affirmation of the reconstruction of an institution as old and motivating for Muslims as the Caliphate. It is therefore imperative to verify the organizational structure of the Caliphate reactivated by this group and the applied ideology. As far as ideology is concerned, the connection with Wahhabism followed in Saudi Arabia stands out. Lastly, it analyzes its legitimacy as a sovereign state and its connection to the religion of Islam. In addition, the legitimacy of interventions by coalition forces and Russia in the territories under its control in Syria and In Iraq. |
