Este estudo baseia-se em pesquisa bibliográfica e de campo, com abordagem qualitativa e descritiva, o qual investiga os fatores que contribuem para o adoecimento do docente do Ciclo Básico I e II da escola pública municipal, em Belém do Pará, no Distrito Administrativo do Entroncamento, assim como, analisa a escola pública como lócus de desenvolvimento do trabalho docente, buscando identificar a participação docente nas tomadas de decisão na escola e os procedimentos didático-pedagógicos desenvolvidos, suas relações de trabalho, educação e saúde. Os resultados encontrados revelaram que o conceito de saúde apresentado pelos docentes compreende o equilíbrio entre as dimensões biopsicossocial do indivíduo e os fatores como a organização e as condições de trabalho que contribuem no processo de adoecimento dos docentes. O trabalho pedagógico e os recursos disponíveis são comprometidos pela falta de infraestrutura da escola, como a falta de climatização das salas de aulas, comprometendo a voz, assim como o ritmo de trabalho como fator estressante, considerando as várias atividades desenvolvidas nas unidades de ensino; ABSTRACT:This study is based on literature and field research, both qualitative and descriptive, which investigates the factors that contribute to the illness of the teacher of the Basic Cycle I and II of the public school in Belém/Pará in the District's Administrative junction, and analyzes the public school as the locus of development of teaching, trying to identify the teacher participation in decision making at school and didactic-pedagogic procedures developed, their working relationships, education and health. The results showed that the concept of health presented by the teachers understand the balance between the individual and the biopsychosocial factors as the organization and working conditions contribute to the process of illness among teachers. The educational work and available resources are compromised by lack of school infrastructure, the lack of air conditioning the classrooms, affecting the voice, as well as the pace of work as a stressor, considering the various activities in the teaching units. |
