| الوصف: | A discussão proposta parte da existência de diferentes dinâmicas para explicar o crescimento urbano e a consolidação metropolitana de São Paulo (Brasil). Procura-se por em destaque a critica ao modelo centro-periferia associada à transformação da lógica de crescimento urbano no final do século XX. No desenvolvimento desta critica busca-se demonstrar que a superação do modelo centro-periferia pode contribuir para o conhecimento das dinâmicas imobiliárias e da nova lógica do crescimento das cidades latino-americanas. Propõe o estudo das formas sociais de produção do espaço como uma análise das condições de produção do espaço urbano, que resultam de diferentes articulações dos agentes da construção na constituição daquelas dinâmicas e da sua lógica de crescimento urbano. The text proposal is to explain the urban growth and the metropolitan consolidation of São Paulo (Brazil). It is looked for in prominence it criticizes to the model center-periphery associated with the transformation of the logic of urban growth in the end of century XX. The development of this it criticizes to demonstrate that the overcoming of the model center-periphery can contribute for the knowledge of the real estate dynamic and the new logic of the growth of the Latin American cities. It considers the study of the production of the space as one theoretical analysis of the social conditions of production of the urban space, that result of different joints of the agents of the construction in the constitution of those dynamic and of its logic of urban growth. |
