| الوصف: | En aquest text s’intenta, a partir del que és el nucli de l’acció del professor a l’aula, saber transmetre el gust de saber, explicar els problemes posteriors a l’establiment d’un sistema educatiu universal de llarga escolarització obligatòria. El nucli del treball escolar, l’ensenyament, es basa en el conreu de les disciplines científiques, literàries, filosòfiques, socials, artístiques i tècniques que tenen la seva pròpia dinàmica de transmissió intergeneracional. A la passió per l’assignatura, cal sumar-hi la passió per l’alumne, és a dir, confiar en la formació racional del ciutadà. Tot això demana molta paciència davant les tensions, les presses i les pressions que actuen sobre l’escola. This text deals with the problems following the establishment of a universal education system of lengthy compulsory schooling. The question is considered from the core of the teacher’s activity in the classroom, namely, transmitting the taste for knowledge. The core activity of work carried out in schools, teaching, rests on the cultivation of scientific, literary, philosophical, social, artistic and technical disciplines that have their own dynamics of intergenerational transmission. To the passion for the subject, we must add the passion for the student, that is, trust in the rational formation of citizens. All of this requires a lot of patience in the face of the tensions, deadlines and pressures schools face. |
