A method for decision support for information technology network security investments performed by a physical computing system, the method comprising: with said physical computing system, deriving a utility function based on a number of objectives for an entity, said utility function reflecting relationships between said number of objectives; with said physical computing system, comparing said utility function with results from a number of simulated investment options; and with said physical computing system, causing said comparisons to be presented to a user associated with the entity. |
