30. An amphoteric liposome comprising at least one positive charge carrier, at least one negative charge carrier, and at least one neutral lipid, wherein the liposome has an isoelectric point of between 4 and 8, and wherein the liposome is stable at pH 4.2 and pH 7.5. |
