1. A system that administers communication between a user and a plurality of candidates, comprising: a connection interface component that employs criterion to present the user with a plurality of candidates wherein the user can express interest in a subset of the plurality of candidates; and a communication management component delivers a notification to each of the subset of the plurality of candidates as a function of the interest. |
