| الوصف: | The CISP Club is a French-speaking association dedicated to the study of information systems in primary healthcare. The third version of the International Classification of Primary Care (ICPC), a product of the Wonca International Classification Committee (WICC), has just been released under the acronym ICPC-3. The ICPC is a classification tool for primary healthcare, useful for clinical epidemiology and the management of primary care. ICPC-3 represents a major advancement due to its extensibility, its mapping to ICD-10 and 11, as well as SNOMED-CT. Additionally, ICPC-3 incorporates the principles of the ICF, the International Classification of Functioning. The ICPC is currently integrated into general practice software in many countries, including Belgium. The translation of ICPC-3 was carried out by a group of members from the CISP Club and took two years. The translation process generated numerous comments, feedback, and corrections, which were presented at the annual meeting of the Wonca International Classification Committee. This presentation led to extensive discussions between the members of the CISP Club and WICC members. The numerous comments and suggestions will then be taken into account by the WICC group responsible for the revision of ICPC-3. Le CISP Club est une association francophone dédiée à l'étude des systèmes d'information en soins de santé primaires. La troisième version de la Classification Internationale des Soins Primaires (CISP), un produit du Comité International de Classification de la Wonca (WICC), vient d'être publiée sous l'acronyme ICPC-3. La CISP est un outil de classification des soins de santé primaires, utile pour l'épidémiologie clinique et la gestion des soins primaires. L'ICPC-3 constitue une avancée majeure grâce à ses possibilités d'extension, à son transcodage avec la CIM-10 et 11, ainsi qu'avec le SNOMED-CT. De plus, l'ICPC-3 intègre les principes de la CIF, la Classification Internationale du Fonctionnement. L'ICPC est actuellement intégré dans les logiciels de médecine générale de nombreux pays, dont la Belgique. La traduction de l'ICPC-3 a été réalisée par un groupe de membres du CISP Club et a pris deux ans. Ce travail de traduction a suscité de nombreux commentaires, remarques et corrections, qui ont été présentés lors de la réunion annuelle du Comité International de Classification de la Wonca. Cette présentation a donné lieu à de nombreuses discussions entre les membres du CISP Club et ceux du WICC. Les nombreux commentaires et suggestions seront ensuite pris en compte par le groupe du WICC en charge de la révision de l'ICPC-3. |
