| مستخلص: | It is imperative to emphasize the development that computational thinking is presenting worldwide, at different educational levels, as a problem-solving strategy to ensure that people can face the technological changes that the world is experiencing with the so-called fourth industrial revolution. This text reflects on the concept of competence, computational thinking skills and skills in technical secondary education. Their relationship is decisive when considering its implementation in an educational institution, as a product of the changes that are generated at the curricular level. Experiences in other geographical spaces are succinctly described, alight in Colombia, since the country needs to develop technologically and sustainably, manage innovative and revolutionary educational systems that allow adaptability to new professions, comprehensively train students in citizenship skills, technical and technological skills, with critical and logical thinking, among others. In this sense, without ignoring the borders, tensions and possible obstacles to the development of computational thinking in school, it is established that each educational institution may include the competencies it deems appropriate according to its human, technological and infrastructure resources. Es imperativo recalcar el desarrollo que a nivel mundial está presentando el pensamiento computacional, en los diferentes niveles educativos, como estrategia para resolución de problemas para lograr que las personas puedan enfrentar los cambios tecnológicos que está experimentado el mundo con la llamada cuarta revolución industrial. En este texto se reflexiona sobre el concepto de competencia, las competencias del pensamiento computacional y las competencias en la educación media técnica. Su relación es determinante a la hora de considerar su implementación en una institución educativa, como producto de los cambios que se generan a nivel curricular. Se describen, de manera sucinta, experiencias en otros espacios geográficos, para aterrizar en Colombia, ya que el país necesita desarrollarse tecnológica y sustentablemente, gestionar sistemas educativos innovadores y revolucionarios que permitan la adaptabilidad a nuevas profesiones, formar integralmente a los estudiantes en competencias ciudadanas, destrezas técnicas y tecnológicas, con pensamiento crítico y lógico, entre otros. En ese sentido, sin desconocer las fronteras, las tensiones y los posibles obstáculos para el desarrollo del pensamiento computacional en la escuela, se establece que cada institución educativa podrá incluir las competencias que crea conveniente según sus recursos humanos, tecnológicos y de infraestructura. |
