| مستخلص: | This paper defines a methodological and conceptual framework to articulate cultural efficacy indicators of Communication of Social Change (CCS). First, the epistemological basis for the evaluation of CCS from a cultural efficacy approach are presented, stemming from a critical review of the field of Communication for Developement and Communication for Social Change (CDCS). Then, the theoretical questions that delimit the tensions of such a critical-dialogical project are advanced, to tackle it by nonlinear and iterative research designs, in which the production and evaluation of theory feed each other back. Finally, the qualitative indicators systematized up to now by the authors’ research team are drafted Este artículo define un marco metodológico y conceptual para la articulación de indicadores de eficacia cultural de la Comunicación del Cambio Social (CCS). Por medio de la revisión crítica del campo de estudio de la Comunicación para el Desarrollo y la Comunicación para el Cambio Social (CDCS), se presentan las bases epistemológicas para evaluar la CCS desde una perspectiva de eficacia cultural, y se plantean aquellas cuestiones que delimitan las tensiones para abordar este proyecto crítico-dialógico mediante diseños de investigación basados en procesos no lineales, iterativos, en los que la producción y la contrastación de teoría se retroalimentan. Asimismo, se apuntan aquellos indicadores cualitativos sistematizados hasta ahora por nuestro equipo de investigación |
