| مستخلص: | The new types of states in LiCl, with both Li core electrons excited were investigated in resonant inelastic soft x-ray scattering. Radiative decay spectra were measured using a grazing incidence Rowland spectrometer measuring in the direction of polarization of the incoming radiation. States with one, as well as both of the excited electrons localized at the site of the bare Li nucleus were identified. It was observed that instead of decay from one doubly ionized state, resonances corresponding to the states where the two core electrons are excited to localized states were found. |
