| مستخلص: | Das Alpha-Gal-Syndrom ist eine meist verzögert auftretende Typ-I-Allergie auf Säugetierfleisch und deren Produkte mit Nachweis von sIgE auf Galactose-alpha-1,3-galaktose (alpha-Gal). Die klinische Relevanz einer Sensibilisierung auf alpha-Gal bleibt ohne aufwändige Provokationstestungen häufig unklar. Parameter des Basophilenaktivierungstests waren signifikant unterschiedlich bei allergischen Patienten im Vergleich zu Patienten mit einer asymptomatischen Sensibilisierung auf alpha-Gal, sodass mit diesem In-vitro-Test Provokationstestungen reduziert werden können. Alpha-gal syndrome is a delayed type I allergy to mammalian meat and its products characterized by sIgE to galactose-alpha-1,3-galactose (alpha-Gal). The clinical relevance of sensitization to alpha-gal often remains unclear without laborious provocation tests. Parameters of the basophil activation test were significantly different in allergic patients compared to patients with asymptomatic sensitization to alpha-Gal. Therefore provocation tests can be reduced with this in vitro test. |
