| مستخلص: | Diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem kolejových vozů, jenž jeden je s elektrickým pohonem a druhý bez pohonu jako vlečený nebo tlačený. Práce obsahuje popis hlavních částí vozů a jejich provedení. V následující části se zabývá vlastním konstrukčním řešením vozů. Práce zahrnuje funkční výpočet pojezdových kol, návrh a kontrolu pohonu pojezdu a pevnostní výpočet spojovacího čepu. Závěr práce se zabývá pevnostní analýzou rámu vozu pomocí metody konečných prvků. K práci je přiložena požadovaná výkresová dokumentace. The diploma thesis deals with the construction design of rail mounted transfer cars. The first of the designed cars is equipped with the electrical drive and the second is non-driven and must be towed or pushed. This thesis contains description of main components of the transfer cars and their implementation. The next section deals with original construction design of the transfer cars. The thesis includes functional calculation of travel wheels, the design and check of the travel unit and the strength calculation of the connecting pin. Conclusion of the thesis deals with the strength analysis of the transfer car frame using the finite element method. The required technical drawings are attached to the thesis. |
