Проаналізовано сучасний стан та тенденції розвитку психологічної оцінки персоналу, можливості, що надані IT-технологіями, організаційні та економічні підстави вибору методів оцінки персоналу, прогностичну валідність застосовуваних в цій сфері методів. Розглянуто найбільш поширені та валідні методи психологічної оцінки персоналу: аналіз документів кандидата, рекомендації, співбесіду, тестування, пробну діяльність, симуляції, ассессмент-центр, особистісні та біографічні опитувальники. Навчальний посібник призначено для студентів психологічних спеціальностей, дослідників, практичних психологів та HR-фахівців. The publication is devoted to the technologies of personnel assessment used, first of all, as a means of personnel selection in commercial and non-profit organizations of different forms of ownership. The current state and trends of personnel assessment development, opportunities provided by IT technologies, organizational and economic reasons for choosing methods of personnel assessment, and the predictive validity of the methods used in this area are analyzed. The most widespread and valid methods of personnel assessment are considered: analysis of candidate's CV and application form, recommendations, interviews, tests, job samples, simulations, assessment-center, personal and biographical questionnaires. The manual is intended for students of psychological specialties, researchers, practicing psychologists and HR specialists. |
