| مستخلص: | Opens up experience of the foreign states of the developed democracy, which touches works of office of public prosecutor for his introduction in the legislation of Ukraine, history of origin of this organ and him modern setting. In the USA and Poland of plenary powers of office of public prosecutor depend upon the ministry of justice. States, where the office of public prosecutor functions mainly in the judicial system, and public prosecutors are at courts, is Germany, Italy, Spain, - being plugged in the system of department judicial with a functional autonomy, the office of public prosecutor executes a task in accordance with principles of unity of actions, dependence, from a department judicial, legality and unprejudice. Plenary powers of office of public prosecutor are probed in Ukraine. Drawn conclusion in relation to unadmission of grant the office of public prosecutor of plenary powers of general supervision. Розкривається досвід зарубіжних держав розвиненої демократії, який стосується роботи прокуратури для його запровадження в законодавстві України, історія виникнення цього органу та його сучасне призначення. |
