This master thesis deals with the issue of family housing. As model project was chosen housing unit in elevated ground floor, which is intended for young family with two children. The first theoretic part is containing more details about matters of family housing, living in family house and specific matters related to designing of private interior. The practical part contains design of housing unit in the family house itself. Solution of design emphasizes functionality and aesthetics of design and also complies wishes and demands of clients at the same time was designed. The last part of the thesis presents design of particular atypical element, which has been created with all the requirements, like its design, construction solution and material costs. |
