| الوصف: | 105 The study is to compare the evaluation program of Taipei City’s junior high School of 100-year edition (Old System) and the105-year edition (New System), and use the G.Z.F. Bereday’s comparative study, "description", "juxtaposition", " comparison" use of the three steps to compare the similarities and differences in "plan", "design", "implementation", "data analysis", "reporting" and "result utilization" between the two programs. Based on the results of this study, the major findings are as fellows: 1. From the old system to the new system is to emphasize the improvement of quality to performance responsibility, and the implemention ways are from qualitative to quantitative. 2. From the old system to the new system, to use the online system to implement school evaluation database, and the evaluation work become simplified, and to the staffs, they shoud need more of information capability. 3. From the old system to the new system, the evaluation committee members degree of professionalism and impartiality is more important. 4. Evaluation program’s creation and implement should value to the coordination and communication, and improve the quality of evaluation. Based on the major findings, the study provides for the practice and futher research. |
