With the change of global industry and economic environment, enterprises of Taiwan encounter the loss of advantages and obstacle of development. For the concern of sustainable operation, all industries attempt to reinforce competitiveness and increase industrial differentiation. More than 90% enterprises in Taiwan are small and medium ones. In order to stand out in the market, they must regard brand creation as the priority. This study is qualitative research. The researcher treats the brand of Taiwan original silverware as the subject. By related literature review, collection of past scholars’ publication and data and in-depth interview as case study, it explores the process of brand creation, key successful factors of brand and the measures of case company regarding “production management”, “marketing”, “product research and development”, “human resources” and “information” in the process of brand creation. It thus provides the suggestions. The recording of actual events and process in brand creation aims to serve as reference for small and medium enterprises in Taiwan and those which develop independent brands.
