Recently, with the increasing of raw materials and gas prices, the costs of transportation and air transport have been raised. However, consumers’ needs for low price, their buying behaviors and satisfaction have become airline company's main consideration. In this study, we focus on those people once took budget airlines. The purpose of this study is to investigate the main factors that influence customers’ behavior intentions and their satisfaction when taking the airplane. Besides, their effects of other factors on behavior intention. According to the results, (1) From the low-cost carriers, it found that the factors can basically divided into four main factors, which including the Service, Price, Safety, and Equipment. These factors directly lead to customer satisfaction and have significant effects on overall satisfaction. Besides, Service is the most influential factor that affects overall satisfaction, while Equipment and Price matter less, and Safety matter least. (2) There are significant differences in different airlines’ passengers between their satisfaction. (3) There are significant differences in passengers’ backgrounds such as gender, age, occupation, education and marital status between their overall satisfaction. (4) There are significant connections between different low-cost carriers and customers’ demographic variables.
