| الوصف: | 104 This study was designed to investigate the tourism industry cloud platform development status and the status of project management. Theoretical and via literature, architecture and construction of the concept of the present study interview questions. And semi-structured in-depth interview, Case interviews, interviewees southeast travel, Lion Travel and Tourism Tomiichi among executives and project managers, and cloud computing experts and scholars, depth tourism industry and Cloud Platform project management. In this study, the International Project Management Institute (PMI) of the proposed project management body of knowledge, the five process groups, knowledge in the field to discuss the country's top ten tourist travel industry's development and project management. After the analysis found that the domestic large-scale integrated travel business in the face of both tradition and technology in hand, but also the establishment of the network platform and service providers such as mobile APP consumer use in large-scale projects, it is also customary to use enterprise project management, but in some ways processes and knowledge areas, due to the different characteristics of the industry, not fully applied, in cases of project management mode, and also in the construction and infrastructure cloud platform belonging to the travel industry applicable. The researchers also developed tourism industry and the cloud makes the following recommendations: a.the development of tourism commodities uniqueness and differentiation. b. the service process innovation. c. fast and convenient, safe and secure. d. make good use of the database and construct the future. e. construction of dedicated project management, to give them follow-up research proposals on the research object, research methods and directions. |
