Technology development company established the Hsinchu area has become the most important technology park in Taiwan; the law of supply and demand to bring crowds cash flows, store snacks everywhere, plus Taiwanese traditional concept, there Land in the financial, Hsinchu area plays a pivotal role in the real estate supply chain. The main purpose of this study to understand the personality and work stress and organizational climate Hsinchu counties of Realty whether employees have an impact, want to give Realty industry in the management system of reference through these studies to better face increasing competition industrial environment. In this study, Hsinchu County's Realty practitioners for the study, through the personality and work pressure and research organizations to discuss the impact of climate Realty employees. Through questionnaires distributed manner, and descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson product moment, LSD and other relevant comparative law analysis, the results of this study found that personality traits and work stress and organizational climate to Taiwan Realty employees Hsinchu area Jie-you significant correlation. |
