In the face of increasingly fierce global competition companies,Cross International Enterprise Group must extend to the rest of the world to establish a new base or expansion of new business.To ensure the profitability of enterprises with stable operation. Call-center industry is inevitable relocation abroad of the current business conditions,Companies also need a critical success factor in providing its decision analysis,Therefore, in advance of risk assessment framework plays a very important role. However, this paper focuses on how existing Call-center IT systems within the area of Customer Information Centre relocated overseas network dedicated Customer Information Center,How to plan and program needs, we will be faced with the key issues and how to overcome, without affecting the normal operation of the company's situation, how to smoothly transfer information system of the enterprise subsidiaries or branches is a major challenge. In this study, explore and analyze actual cases, based on risk factors architecture Lyytinen et al and Wallace et al., Proposed one by one analysis, summarized and aggregated a major key issues and put forward feasible plan recommendations.
