In this study, the z domain technique was used to design microwave amplifiers. Using z domain technique in amplifier design is quite innovative and it has the advantage of being programmable. The operating frequencies are 2.3 to 2.7 GHz and 5.2 to 5.9 GHz with gains of 15.5 and 12 dB, respectively. The circuit is implemented by four layers structure.
