This study extends previous literature by analyzing the relationships between corporate social responsibility and deviant work behaviors, and using Multiple Regression Analysis to examine the moderating role of organizational ethical climate. Result from the employee who has had the job experience supported our hypotheses and indicated that corporate social responsibility was significantly negative related to deviant work behavior. In addition, when the ethical climate was high, the negative relationship between corporate social responsibility and deviant work behaviors became stronger. On the contrary, when the ethical climate was low, the negative relationship between corporate social responsibility and deviant work behaviors became weak.
