| الوصف: | 101 The government promotes lots of national exercise policies which is basedon the community PE for improving compatriots’ healthy fitness.Also, to improve the health of the people in community and the community PE organization strengthens its ability of management, and promotes its whole efficiency to reach the national health. Case study is used in this research. With literature analysis and Semi-structural Interviews, the related issues of community PE organization management and study on promotion of PE in Yimin Community, Pingjhen City, Taoyuan County are analyzed. In this study, it is found that the current situation of promoting PE activities of the case organization is to help people keep healthy, advance the community consciousness, promote the multi-function of culture and service. The essential elements of popularization include the community PE organization, human, material, funds resources and hold kinds of activities. The promotion of PE in Yimin Community are being led by 「Yimin Commmunity Development Association, Pingjhen City, Taoyuan County Community」.The community directors, volunteers, PE teachers are its human resources; the material resources come from Yimin Temple and Fu-Tan High School, and the government supports its fund resources.The PE activities in communtiy are held every morning, evening even every year. They include a small-scale athletic meet, a large hiking and basketball games.The resource management is making a good use of software and hardware resource of each section in the community, nice notions of the leader, humanized management,intimate interaction with members; the merit is the sufficiency of human resource, and the defect the difficulty of keeping promoting PE exercise activities due to the fund shortage; the development opportunity is to strive for reward from the public departments with its excellent efficiency, and enlarge the fund resource by members’ the participation in other outside-association activities. Therefore, it is suggested that the public departments should increasing the fund subsidies, and the Yimin community PE organization itself needs to seek and exploit more resource to invest in for increasing fund resource, to maintain each operation in the organization. Hopefully, this study can provide the community organization as a management reference, maintain its subsistence, and moreover, make it thrive to reach the development goal of national exercise and community PE. |
