| الوصف: | 86 In thes thesis,we discuss a new architecture for creating Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and implementa web-based PACS. The System was developed using a three- tiredarchitecture, which can integrate hospital information systemand medicinal image management, by application server with theconcept of agent. Pure Java implementation make it easy todistribute and maintain. Software will be loaded and executed dynamically from web server(s). All a client need is only a browser,which support Java 1.1 specification.This system has defined the agent interface and communitaion APIfor standard Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine (DICOM)protocol. We also implement the agent program and the necessarylibrary, which help to develop a web-based PACS.Our system gives a more economic architecture to build PACS,facility and easy to maintain. Furthermore, it can make use of Internet and help medicine information interchange of differenthospitals. |
