الوصف: LKB1 mutations have been associated with primary resistance to immune checkpoint inhibitors in patients with lung cancer. Here the authors show that Lkb1-deficient lung tumors are characterized by defective trafficking and adhesion of T cells and that, by upregulating ICAM1 expression, CDK4/6 inhibitors sensitize LKB1 mutant lung cancer to anti-PD1 blockade.
