| الوصف: | Atrichops Verrall, 1909 of the Afrotropical Region are revised, and Atherix adamastor Stuckenberg, 1960, previously unplaced, is transferred to Atrichops based on morphological characters and feeding ecology. A new South African species, A. intermedius sp. nov. is also described from Mpumalanga Province. |
