| الوصف: | The notion of competences has guided the definition of current professional profiles in organizations. This study examines the relation between the profile of senior students in an Accounting Program and the profile required by prospective employers in Uberlândia city, located in Minas Gerais state. The goal was to verify common relations, departing from the profile reported by the senior students and the profile that employers have in mind for these professionals. The results indicate common features between the profiles described by the two groups of participants, but also some disagreement regarding the relevance of competences and abilities. |
