الوصف: | Relevance. At present, the issue related to minimizing losses from personnel risks is one of the most important due to the unstable economic and political situation. The risks posed by personnel cannot be accurately predicted, but it is possible to prevent their devastating consequences. In the domestic literature, there are many methodologies for assessing various types of risks, but if we evaluate personnel ones, there is a problem of lack of information on this issue. The purpose of the research is to study the key vectors of the current personnel policy in PJSC «Sberbank», which companies in a similar industry and enterprises in other areas can take into account to prevent personnel risks, as well as to consider the risks posed by employees in the company, based on information in open sources. Methods: content analysis, theoretical research methods (literature analysis on the research topic, synthesis, classification and generalization). Results. Methodological recommendations and guidelines for the development of a system aimed at maintaining the level of stability in the event of any type of personnel risk are presented; information from the point of view of the theory of risks emanating from personnel is systematized; risks of personnel management that may arise in the banking sector on the example of PJSC «Sberbank» are analyzed; methodology for preventing personnel risks within the enterprise is given. Conclusion. Effective management of personnel risks involves the implementation of an integrated approach and depends on the existing procedures for their minimization and prevention. Structured and well-being-focused HR policy and human resource management system in general ensure that certain types of risks posed by staff are not spread. |
