| الوصف: | 为减缓葵花籽油进口对我国油葵产业的冲击，保障我国葵花籽油供给稳定，更好地满足我国居民对特色油脂不断增长的消费需求，在分析我国葵花籽油进口贸易特征的基础上，探究背后的成因并提出应对策略。结果表明：近年来，我国葵花籽油进口呈增长快、依存度高、来源地集中等特征；其原因主要有进口价格优势，国内产量增长慢，全球葵花籽生产分布相对集中。据此建议，扩大我国油葵种植面积，实现规模化种植，保障产量稳定增长；提高我国油葵生产效率，实现降本增效，提升国际竞争力；大力发展我国油葵压榨及相关产业，同时用好国外资源，有效满足我国葵花籽油的需求。 In order to mitigate the impact of sunflower seed oil import on China′s oil sunflower industry, ensure the stability of domestic sunflower seed oil supply, and better meet the growing consumption demand of Chinese residents for special oils, based on the analysis of the characteristics of domestic sunflower seed oil import trade, the underlying causes were explored and countermeasures were put forward. The results showed that in recent years, the import of sunflower seed oil in China was characterized by rapid growth, high dependence and concentrated source, and which were mainly caused by the import price advantage, the slow growth of domestic production and the relative concentration of global sunflower seed production distribution. Therefore, it was suggested to expand the planting area of oil sunflower in China, realize large-scale planting, ensure stable growth of output, improve domestic oil sunflower production efficiency, reduce cost and increase efficiency, enhance international competitiveness, vigorously develop domestic oil sunflower pressing and related industries, and make good use of foreign resources to effectively meet the needs of domestic sunflower seed oil. |
