الوصف: | Graphite materials,as the commonly used materials in the hot field of single crystal furnace,directly affect the growth rate and quality of single crystal silicon.The use of C/C composite materials instead of graphite materials in a single crystal furnace has defect that are prone to oxidation.Therefore,Ni coatings were prepared on the surface of the C/C composite materials using electroplating methods.Using orthogonal experiments to determine the optimal electroplating test parameters.The phase composition,microscopic morphology,and chemical composition of the coating were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope,EDS and other testing methods.Besides,the thermal shock resistance of the prepared coating was investigated using thermal shock experiments and thermal shock resistance experiments.Results showed that under the conditions of current density of 0.4 A/dm2,electroplating time of 40 min,plating solution temperature of 55 ℃,and pH value of 6,the prepared coating had the best wear resistance.After plating treatment,a uniform and rounded coating which was tightly bonded to the fiber surface was formed on the surface of the C/C composite materials.There was a large amount of Ni in the composition of the film.Furthermore,Ni coating improved the high temperature oxidation resistance of C/C composite materials. |
