The transparency of the public activity is in the center of attention of the political agenda, there being approved a new legislation to guarantee the right of the citizens to the public information. The last intention of the legislator is to promote the accountability and a critical and participative society, and in this respect it imposes important and exhaustive obligations that try to facilitate the exercise of this law. Nevertheless, like in some other areas of the Law, as important as the legal forecasts they are the attitude and behaviors of the subjects involved in the application of the recent legislation. ; La transparencia de la actividad pública se ha situado en el centro de atención de la agenda política, aprobándose un nuevo régimen jurídico cuyo objeto es garantizar y promover el derecho a acceder a la información pública. La finalidad última del legislador es fomentar la rendición de cuentas y construir una sociedad crítica y participativa, y en este sentido impone importantes y exhaustivas obligaciones que pretenden facilitar el ejercicio de este derecho. Sin embargo, como en otros tantos ámbitos del Derecho, tan importantes como las previsiones legales son la actitud y comportamientos de los sujetos implicados en la aplicación de la reciente legislación. |
