| الوصف: | تعتبر المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة المحرك الرئيسي للتنمية الشاملة لجل البلدان النامية منها والمتقدمة على حد سواء، والذي يتجلى أساسا من خلال المساهمة في تحسين معدلات النمو الاقتصادي، الإبداع والابتكار، خلق فرص العمل، إعادة هيكلة النسيج الاقتصادي وخلق الثروة والقيمة المضافة. لذا تسعى الدراسة الحالية إلى البحث في موضوع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وأهميتها في تنمية المقاولاتية من خلال تشجيع الافراد على الفكر المقاولاتي وابراز قدراتهم ومواهبهم وكفاءاتهم، حيث تعتبر احدى الركائز الأساسية للوصول الى تنمية شاملة في مختلف الدول. ; Small and medium enterprises are the main engine for the comprehensive development of most of the developing and developed countries alike, which is mainly manifested through contributing to improving economic growth rates, creativity and innovation, creating job opportunities, restructuring the economic fabric and creating wealth and added value. Therefore, the current study seeks to research the issue of small and medium enterprises and their importance in the development of entrepreneurship by encouraging individuals to think about entrepreneurship and highlighting their capabilities, talents and competencies, as it is considered one of the basic pillars to reach comprehensive development in various countries. |
