الوصف: Click on the DOI to access this article (may not be free). ; Results are presented for fourteen airframes being flown in firefighting operations by USFS. In total, data from 2,856 flight files is presented for four BAe-146s, three RJ-85s, two MD-87s, three DC-10s, one CL-415, and one EC-130Q. The majority of the flights contained firefighting missions involving retardant drops. Cumulative occurrences of gust and maneuver incremental load factors per 1000 hours are presented for the overall flight. Comparisons are made with legacy heavy airtankers and MIL 8866. ; This effort was funded by the United States Forest Service through the Grant 15-G-012 administered by the Federal Aviation Administration.
