الوصف: 在Web 2.0時代,無遠弗屆的網路特性使得微網誌(Micro-blogging,Microlog)快速興起而成為個人與社群記錄生活、找尋知識與經驗分享的最新選擇。在台灣Plurk每天都160萬人次的超高瀏覽率,但過去研究針對Plurk社群做為研究對象卻是罕見。因此本研究以期望確認理論(Expectation Confirmation Theory ; ECT)和科技接受模型(Technology Acceptance Model ; TAM)為基礎並結合知識分享、知覺品質特性和知覺使用特性的觀點來探討Plurk使用者使用行為及社群分享。本研究之對象為台灣地區的Plurk使用者,共發放435份,有效問卷共371份,有效問卷率為85%。以SEM進行7個假設驗證,結果顯示:(1)知覺品質特性會對確認程度與滿意度具有正向顯著影響;(2)確認程度對知覺使用特性具有正向顯著影響;(3)確認程度對滿意度無顯著影響;(4)知覺使用特性、知識分享對滿意度具有正向顯著影響 ; (5)滿意度對持續使用意圖具有正向顯著影響。最後本研究在依據研究發現,提出相關管理意涵以供業者有效管理Plurk系統營運服務之參考。 ; In the age of Web 2.0, the feature of boundless Internet makes Microlog rise rapidly and becomes a record of personal and community life, sharing the knowledge and experience to find the latest choices. In Taiwan, there are 1,600,000 people in the high browsing rates in Plurk but as a research project for the Plurk community is rare before. Therefore, this study expects the basic of Expectation Confirmation Theory, Technology Acceptance Model that combine with knowledge-sharing, perceived quality and perceived use to discuss using of Plurk users’ behavior and social group sharing.The subject of this study of Plurk users in Taiwan, were distributed totally 435 copies of valid questionnaires. There were 371 valid questionnaires and the effective questionnaire recycling rate was 85%. By SEM for seven hypotheses, results are as follows:(1) Perceived quality characteristics has positive effect on the confirmation and satisfaction;(2)Confirmation has a positive impact on the perceived use;(3) Confirmation the extent no significant effect on satisfaction;(4) Perceived use and knowledge sharing has a positive significant effect on satisfaction;(5) Satisfaction has a positive impact on the continued usage intention. Finally, according to this study based on the research, the relevant management implication for the industry to effectively manage business services of Plurk system for the reference.
