| الوصف: | V rámci dané bakalářské práce je proveden návrh vinutých šroubovitých válcových pružin, které jsou osazeny do podvozku Y25, a umístěny pod lehkým otevřeným nákladním vozem typu Eamnos. Navržené pružiny jsou zkontrolovány dle normy ČSN EN 13906-1. Zároveň je provedena kontrola výšky nárazníků u specifikovaného vozu osazeného navrženými pružinami, a ověřena podmínka bezpečnosti proti vykolejení. V teoretické části je provedena rešerše používaných vozů řady E na evropských železnicích a specifikace standartních pružin, využívaných v podvozcích Y25. Součástí práce je výrobní výkresová dokumentace k navrženým pružinám, jejich silové zatížení a porovnání charakteristik vypružení standartních a navržených pružin. ; Within the Framework of the bachelor thesis, the design of coiled helical cylindrical springs, which are mounted in the bogie Y25, and placed under the light open freight wagon Eamnos. Designed springs are checked according to ČSN EN 13906-1. Simultaneously is checked the height of the buffers at the specified wagon fitted with the designed springs, and the safety condition against derailment is verified. In the theoretical part there is a search of used E-series wagons on European railways and specification of standard springs used in bogies Y25. Part of this thesis is production drawing documentation of designed springs, their force loading and comparison of suspension characteristics of standard and designed springs. |
