This article considers the role of professional standards in modernization of the education and training system in Uzbekistan. In the conditions of rapid economic development and changing requirements in the labor market there is a need to adapt educational programs to modern professional standards. Interaction between standards and educational institutions plays a key role in ensuring that the qualifications of graduates meet the expectations of employers. The mechanisms of implementing standards in educational programs, their impact on the content of education, as well as the role of dual education and continuing professional education are studied. Special attention is paid to the problems of mismatch of graduate qualifications with market requirements and how standards can contribute to their solution. The paper concludes with recommendations for improving the interaction between professional standards and educational institutions to ensure long-term economic growth and sustainable development of human resources. ; Ushbu maqolada Oʻzbekistonda taʼlim va kadrlar tayyorlash tizimini modernizatsiya qilishda kasbiy standartlarning roli koʻrib chiqiladi. Iqtisodiyotning jadal rivojlanishi va mehnat bozoridagi o‘zgaruvchan talablar sharoitida ta’lim dasturlarini zamonaviy kasbiy standartlarga moslashtirish zarurati paydo bo‘ldi. Standartlar va ta’lim muassasalarining o‘zaro hamkorligi bitiruvchilarning malakasi ish beruvchilar talablariga javob berishini ta’minlashda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Standartlarni o‘quv dasturlariga joriy etish mexanizmlari, ularning ta’lim mazmuniga ta’siri, shuningdek, dual ta’lim va uzluksiz kasbiy tayyorgarlikning o‘rni o‘rganiladi. Bitiruvchilarning malakasi va bozor talablari o‘rtasidagi nomuvofiqlik muammolari va ularni hal qilishda standartlar qanday yordam berishiga alohida e’tibor qaratilmoqda.
