| الوصف: | This article will present some ideas about the motivation and commitment of employees within companies, and how this has become a key tool to enhance their development and evolution. Although there has been a lot of writing about these topics, we will try to focus and analyze from the theoretical concepts about organizational engagement, and the impact that it can have on the culture and organizational results, approached from the perspective of humanization and positive psychology in the labor relations. ; En este artículo se expondrán algunas ideas sobre la motivación y compromiso de los colaboradores dentro de las empresas, y como ésta se ha convertido en una herramienta clave, para potenciar su desarrollo y evolución. Aunque se ha escrito bastante sobre estos temas, se tratará de enfocar y analizar desde los conceptos teóricos sobre el Engagement Organizacional, y el impacto que puede tener en la cultura y resultados organizacionales, abordados desde la perspectiva de la humanización y la psicología positiva en las relaciones laborales. |
