In this article the author examines the success of the integration of second generation migrants into Europe. The author notes that success depends on certain factors and the context in which it occurs. Traditional factors include the following: cultural, linguistic, educational, legal and spatial environment. In Europe, over the last twenty years, areas of high migrant concentration have emerged in the urban landscape of some cities with millions of inhabitants, which have become the subject of public concern as well as of research interest. The negative impact on the integration of first-generation migrants living in such places in various countries only provokes discussion. Despite the existing interest in the characteristics of first-generation migrants#39; residency status, the integration of their children - second-generation migrants - due to their living conditions in places of high concentration remains outside the focus of research.
