This article has as a objective, to identify what are the knowledge and practices of teacher communication, which allow the teacher to communicate with their students, to promote learning in a meaningful way. The research method is exploratory in nature, with a qualitative approach, through the application of an electronic questionnaire to a group of teachers, from different areas of knowledge, from a private institution of professional and technological education. After analyzing the survey results, it became evident that the way the respondents exercise their teaching activities is very different, since their professional training comes from the corporate and non-pedagogical environment. Therefore, they does not dominate the mediating knowledges in the teaching-learning process, nor the knowledge of teacher communication. There were no signs of using communication techniques or practices in the exercise of their teaching activity and it is evident that there is a gap to be filled in relation to this issue. ; Este artigo tem por objetivo, identificar quais são os saberes e práticas de comunicação docente, que permitem ao professor se comunicar com seus alunos, para promover uma aprendizagem de forma significativa. O método de pesquisa é de natureza exploratória, com abordagem qualitativa, por meio da aplicação de um questionário eletrônico a um grupo de professores, de diferentes áreas do conhecimento, de uma instituição privada da educação profissional e tecnológica. Após a análise dos resultados da pesquisa, ficou evidente que a maneira como os respondentes exercem suas atividades pedagógicas, são muito distintas, uma vez que, sua formação profissional é proveniente do meio corporativo e não pedagógico. Não dominam, portanto, os saberes mediadores no processo de ensino aprendizagem, tampouco os saberes de comunicação docente. Não houve indícios de utilizarem técnicas ou práticas de comunicação no exercício de sua atividade docente e evidencia-se que há uma lacuna a ser preenchida em relação a essa questão. |
