The ClubNet system was developed to ease the process of signing new members for UiTM club registration. In order to successfully administer both academic and extracurricular student clubs at UITM Machang, it offers information on the individual students as well as club history and current events. The system helps students get the most out of their participation in club events and keeps track of each club's success while also maintaining an extensive database for event information. Offering arranged registration information, it provides a remedy for students who are having trouble finding their preferred groups. Additionally, the technology sends messages directly to students about club events and permits involvement without official membership. All UITM Machang students and those engaged in club registration have access to it. The technique guarantees a methodical approach to problemsolving and adherence to project requirements. The system is developed using the five-phase Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology. The impact of this system will help in organizing and managing the development process. It demonstrates how the system may improve club registration and management, encourage student engagement, and operate as a useful tool for planning and monitoring club events. |
