| الوصف: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على بديل مستحدث للتمويل يتمثل في "رأس المال المخاطر" في الجزائر ومدى مساهمته في تمويل المؤسسات الصغير والمتوسطة التي أصبحت من أهم ركائز السياسات الإقتصادية للدولة. ويجب القول أنّه، وعلى الرغم من الإجراءات التشريعية والتنظيمية المتّخدة لصالح تقنية رأس المال المخاطر إلاّ أنّ إمكانياته الحقيقية غير الحقيقية بكامل طاقتها، ومزايا هذا النمط التمويلي تمّ التغطية عليها، مماّ يعطّل تنميته، ويقلّل من دوره في تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الجزائرية. ; The aim of this study is to identify an innovative alternative to finance, namely, "venture capital" in Algeria and its contribution to the financing of small and medium enterprises, which have become one of the most important pillars of the country's economic policies. It should be said that, despite the legislative and regulatory measures adopted in favor of venture capital technology, its real potential is not fully realized, and the advantages of this financing pattern have been covered, thus hindering its development and reducing its role in financing Algerian SMEs |
