| الوصف: | In this study, the issue of combining haqiqah and majaz in a word is discussed. This issue is actually the subject of Arabic language and rhetoric. In terms of accurate understanding of religious texts and determining the word-meaning relationship, it has also been emphasized in the usul al-fiqh. The issue of combining haqiqah and majaz in one word is an issue that both linguists and fiqh scholars disagree on. This conflict has led to different approaches in understanding religious texts and interpreting declarations of will. In this respect, it is stated that there are many disputes about fiqh. The aim of this study is primarily to determine the role of different approaches related to the merging of haqiqah and majaz in a word in determining the judgment of intellectual issues. For this purpose, in terms of establishing the basis for the subject, a conceptual framework was tried to be drawn by focusing primarily on the meaning, types and relationship of haqiqah and majaz in terms of Arabic language and usul al-fiqh. Then there are opinions and discussions about whether a word can be used in both areas in terms of both haqiqah and majaz at the same time. Induction and literature screening methods were used in the study. In this context, classical sources and contemporary works of both Arabic language and usul al-fiqh were scanned. However, this scan does not claim to cover the entire literature. Since the way the same subject is handled and discussed in two different disciplines is examined, it can be said that this study is an interdisciplinary study. ; Bu çalışmada esasında Arap dili ve belagatının konusu olmakla birlikte Arapça olması yönüyle nasların doğru bir şekilde anlaşılması ve lafız-mana ilişkisinin ortaya konması bakımından fıkıh usulünde de üzerinde durulan hakikat ve mecazın bir lafızda birleştirilmesi konusu ele alınmıştır.
