| الوصف: | يعالج هذا البحث الربط الفقهي بين البلاغة والتفسير في سورة مريم وتهدف الدراسة إلى إدراك العلاقة بين البلاغة والتفسير في منظومة القيم الدينية، وطريقة معرفة التوقيت الصحيح للربط بينهما. وكل ذلك يعد من المسائل المهمة في الدين الإسلامي وخاصة في الجوانب المختلفة في القرآن الكريم الفقهية منها والتقريرية، والبلاغية، والإعجاز القرآني ليس فقط في محتواه الديني والعلمي، بل أيضاً في بلاغته الفائقة. حيث يُعد الأسلوب البلاغي القرآني أحد جوانب إعجازه، فكلما تعمق المفسر في فهم الأساليب البلاغية، أدرك أبعاداً جديدة من الإعجاز القرآني، سواء في دقة التعبير أو في جمال الصياغة. وأمام ذلك كله أضحى البحث في طريقة التعامل الفقهي مع الجماليات التي جاءت في كلامه تعالى، ومدى إدراك الفكرة بشكل شرعي وفقهي أكبر عندما تكون فيها صور جميلة وإشارات تجعل المفسرين تعطي طاقة تفسيرية هائلة وهذا يعطي بعداً أعمق في فهم النص القرآني ويعتمد هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي في الاستقراء والتحليل والجمع للآيات الواردة في سورة مريم والتي كان فيها الحكم الفقهي والشرعي معتمداً على جمالية التعبير في الآية القرآنية الكريمة. ; This research deals with the jurisprudential connection between rhetoric and interpretation in Surat Maryam. The study aims to understand the relationship between rhetoric and interpretation in the system of religious values, and the method of knowing the correct timing for the connection between them. All of this is considered one of the important issues in the Islamic religion, especially in the various aspects of the Holy Quran, including jurisprudential, reporting, rhetoric, and the miracle of the Quran, not only in its religious and scientific content, but also in its superior eloquence. The rhetorical style of the Quran is one of the aspects of its miracle. The more the interpreter delves into understanding the rhetorical styles, the more he realizes new dimensions of the miracle of the Quran, whether in the accuracy of expression or in the beauty of formulation.
