En la entrada del rey Alfonso XI en Sevilla (1327), encontramos interesantes elementos festivos: danzas acompañadas de instrumentos, figuras monstruosas (en las que se ha querido ver un precedente de la tarasca), juegos ecuestres y hasta una naumaquia en el río Guadalquivir, en cuyas barcas había también trompetas, atabales y otros instrumentos. In the entry of King Alfonso XI into Seville (1327), we find interesting festive elements: dances accompanied by instruments, monstrous figures (in which it has been suggested a precedent of the tarasca), equestrian games and even a naumachia on the Guadalquivir River, in whose boats there were also trumpets, atabales and other instruments. |
