Bakalářská práce měla za cíl vytvořit přehledný a srozumitelný návod na pochopení problematiky nouzového zásobování v krizových situacích a zároveň ověřit, zda je město Zlín připraveno se o své obyvatele v případě krizové situace postarat. Případně nalézt nedostatky a navrhnout možnosti jejich řešení. V teoretické části je vybrána stěžejní legislativa v oblastech ochrana obyvatelstva a krizové řízení. Dále nejdůležitější dokumenty, které se týkají bezpečnosti státu. Definovány jsou nejdůležitější pojmy. Praktická část je věnována představení města Zlína a samotnému nouzovému zásobování ve městě. Na závěr jsou vypsány nedostatky a návrhy k jejich řešení. ; The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to create a clear and comprehensible guide for understanding the issue of emergency supply in crisis situations and at the same time verify whether the city of Zlín is ready to take care of its residents in the event of a crisis situation. Alternatively, find deficiencies and suggest possible solutions. In the theoretical part, key legislation in the areas of population protection and crisis management is selected. Furthermore, the most important documents that relate to the security of the state. The most important terms are defined. The practical part is devoted to the presentation of the city of Zlín and the emergency supply in the city itself.
