| الوصف: | 학위논문(석사) -- 서울대학교대학원 : 경영대학 경영학과, 2024. 2. 이준만. ; 이 연구는 환경, 사회, 지배 구조(ESG)의 맥락에서 ESG 등급과 국내 기업의 외국인 투자자 비율 간의 관계를 조사한다. 통계 분석을 통해 유의한 양의 상관 관계가 확인되어 높은 ESG 등급이 외국인 투자자 비율의 증가와 관련이 있음을 알 수 있다. 본 연구는 ESG 요인이 외국인 투자자 비율에 미치는 영향을 국내 기업을 상대로 맥락화함으로써 글로벌 중요성에 대한 보다 폭넓은 이해에 기여한다. 더 나아가 본 논문은 실무적인 관점에서 기업 전략가와 투자 공동체에 대한 함의를 논의한다. 국내 기업은 ESG 이니셔티브를 전략적 가치관으로 삼아 ESG 등급과 외국인 투자자 비율 간의 양의 상관 관계를 적절히 활용할 수 있다. 본 연구는 글로벌 투자자를 유치하고 지속 가능한 성장을 육성하는 데 있어 효과적인 ESG 경영 실천의 중요성을 강조한다. ; In the context of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) dynamics, this research investigates the relationships between ESG scores and the proportion of foreign investment within the corporate landscape. Through statistical analysis, a significant positive correlation is identified, indicating that higher ESG scores are associated with increased foreign investment. This study contributes to the broader narrative on the global significance of ESG factors by contextualizing their impact on foreign investment. Furthermore, the paper discusses the practical implications for corporate strategists and the investment community. Korean companies can strategically leverage the positive correlation between ESG scores and foreign investment by deepening their commitment to ESG initiatives.
